Activate your online account

Are you an existing BOC customer who wants to place orders and manage your account online? Once you have a proof of delivery note, invoice or statement from us at hand, it only takes a few minutes to activate your online account. You can register for online access here.

There are three types of online account. You can see a comparison in the table.

If you need to see invoices, but you registered to place orders for a single delivery address, you will need to re-register using an invoice or a statement. Go to ’My Account Profile’, select ‘Add an Additional Account’ and follow the on screen instructions.
