Amend or cancel an order

Did you order an incorrect gas or changed your mind? Contact our customer service team on 1800 355 255 to cancel or amend your order. If orders are for next day delivery, you should contact us by 3pm. Please have your order reference number to hand when making any enquiries.

We will keep a record of your returns and cancellations online within ‘Orders & Deliveries’ and ‘Cylinder Holdings’ tabs. Please note that we will update your online account overnight.
