What happens if nothing is found at the investigation of my faulty cylinder?

BOC has a standard cylinder investigation procedure to test and verify faults. If nothing is found at the investigation of the cylinder in question, then a copy of the investigation report will be sent, explaining the outcome.

Please fully check any equipment that you have on site that may contribute to any unusual loss in gas or performance.
