In which circumstances will the Failed Delivery Charge be applied?

The charge will apply whenever BOC attempts to deliver the order placed by a customer and the customer refuses, is not available or has ordered a wrong product.

BOC transport team will always make a reasonable attempt to contact the customer and fulfil the delivery.
